By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with this Policy. Failure to do so may result in account restrictions or removal.

Marketplace ServicesOur platform connects independent sellers with buyers, enabling the sale of vinyl records and related items. Availability of our marketplace services may vary by country or region.
Your Intellectual PropertyExcept where specifically stated, we do not claim ownership of any intellectual property cataloged or listed for sale through the marketplace services.
Your Relationship with BuyersWhen you sell an item, the contract is directly between you and the buyer. Rotate Recordings isn’t part of this contract and is not responsible for its terms or enforcement.
Compliance & AccuracyBy listing items for sale, you confirm that your items comply with applicable laws and regulations. All product descriptions, pricing, and additional details must be accurate and truthful.
Account AccessYou can view your account details, including transaction history, by logging in at any time. We do not grant access to other user accounts. If you choose to close your account, any records you have not downloaded or saved will no longer be accessible.
Administrative AccessRotate Recordings staff may use admin tools to assist with account-related issues or technical troubleshooting. However, we do not have access to your password, and all staff are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
Information SharingCertain details from your account may be shared with third parties solely to facilitate requested services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Listing OrderBy default, listings appear in chronological order, with the newest items shown first. Buyers can adjust their view using filters. Sellers are treated equally in terms of listing visibility.
Accuracy of InformationProviding false, misleading, or inaccurate information about your inventory, listings, or other aspects of your account may result in account suspension or termination.

Compliance with LawsYou are solely responsible for ensuring that your listings, sales, and communications comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Accurate ListingsEach item must have a detailed and truthful description, including its condition, pricing, and any other relevant information.
Returns and Refunds
Clearly state your return, refund, and shipping policies in your Seller Terms. Comply with local laws regarding returns, including covering return shipping when legally required. This includes:
CommunicationRespond promptly to buyer inquiries and orders. Clear communication builds trust and helps prevent disputes.
Account Approval
Approval ProcessAll seller accounts must go through an approval process to ensure quality and compliance with our platform standards. Account approvals will be completed within 24 hours of submission. If your application is not approved, you will receive feedback to guide any necessary adjustments before resubmission.
Listing Approval
Approval ProcessTo ensure quality and consistency, all listings must be reviewed and approved by our team. This process typically takes 24 hours. If a listing isn’t approved, you’ll receive feedback to help you edit and resubmit.

Edits and AdjustmentsWe may make minor edits for formatting or consistency, but sellers are responsible for ensuring all information is accurate.
Human ReviewWe listen to every album listed to assess its alignment with the human feeling and connection we value at Rotate Recordings. Approval decisions are based on both technical and emotional criteria. Listings may be denied if the album does not meet these standards.
Payments and Fees
Transaction FeesWe charge a 5% fee directly tied to the sale of items on our platform. Additional fees (e.g., payment processing fees) may apply based on your selected payment provider. Fee credits will only be provided for orders that are less than 90 days old and unpaid or refunded.
Payment ProcessingPayments are securely processed via Stripe or PayPal. Always wait for confirmation of payment before shipping an item, as some payment types (e.g., e-checks) may take several days to clear.
Transaction HandlingRotate Recordings requires sellers to have an active Stripe or PayPal account for processing payments. All transactions are securely handled through our integrated payment system, and we determine which payment methods are available to buyers.
Seller ResponsibilitiesSellers must follow the policies and guidelines set by Stripe or PayPal. Refunds and returns must be processed in accordance with the rules set by these payment providers. Disputes related to transactions will typically be handled through Stripe or PayPal.
Fee & Pricing GuidelinesBuyers cannot be charged extra fees for using Stripe, PayPal, or any other supported payment method. Any processing or handling costs should be
Prohibited PracticesOff-platform transactions, including direct bank transfers or private PayPal payments, are not allowed. Sellers may not request payments as "gifts" or "personal transactions."
TaxesInclude any applicable taxes in the item’s listed price. Taxes cannot be added retroactively after a sale.
Payout Policy
Payout SchedulePayouts are processed monthly, on the 14th of each month, and include sales from the previous month.
Payout AmountYour payout will reflect your total sales revenue, minus our 5% commission fee.
Payment Disputes or DelaysIn rare cases, unforeseen issues with Stripe, PayPal, or other processing systems may cause delays. For assistance, contact info@rotaterecordings.com.
ComplianceSellers are responsible for complying with the policies and requirements of their selected payout processor (Stripe or PayPal). Rotate Recordings is not liable for fees, holds, or issues imposed by these payment processors.
TaxesSellers are responsible for understanding and complying with local tax laws. Rotate Recordings does not withhold taxes on your behalf.
Payout PolicyBy using Rotate Recordings, you acknowledge and agree to this Payout Policy. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the withholding of funds or suspension of your seller account.
Order Issues
Sellers must manage disputes according to their Seller Terms, payment provider guidelines, and applicable legal requirements. Rotate Recordings does not mediate disputes related to product condition or shipping. If an agreement cannot be reached, the buyer or seller may escalate the issue to the payment provider handling the transaction.
Account Management
Access to InformationYou can view your account and transaction records at any time. If you close your account, unsaved records will no longer be accessible.
Account Suspension or TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your account if you fail to comply with this Policy or other platform guidelines. You’ll be notified of the reason for such action.
Policy Modifications
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on our platform, and the "Effective Date" will be updated. By continuing to use our Service after changes are made, you agree to the updated Policy.
